If I may, it's quite easy to make your own shine. What really makes this effective is the use of a gradient in the background. On the background layer, make a gradient, white to light gray. Next, on top of ALL other layers, make another layer. Take your oval selection tool and select a big oval so that the selection line goes from corner to corner (for this type of shine, anyway). Invert the selection. There are two ways of making an effective shine from here on out: You can either fill that selection with white and bring down the opacity of the layer to a low amount (usually 3-15 is acceptable), or you can change the main color to white and go to your Gradient tool and click on where it shows the gradient color at the top. This will bring a drop down list of the types of gradients that you can use. Pick the one where it shows white fading into checkered boxes (no fill). Use the first gradient mode, the line gradient. Now click past the center towards the corner opposite of the selection. Drag towards the top corner of the selection. Play with the lengths of the drag, where you put the initial first click to start and with the angle that you drag the line at. This will make a really effective shine that looks professional. This can be used in a lot of text or other designs, to make them shiny as well. It's all about selection. :D

Totally on topic (and sorry for the steal on that one, but I use shine effects all the time), I love this design. Very clean, good presentation. :D Fav'd.
